Delivery Time: The delivery time for products varies from 7 to 15 business days for domestic orders and from 15 to 30 business days for international orders, counting from the date of payment confirmation. This time may vary depending on the delivery location and product availability.

Shipping: All our products have free shipping, regardless of the delivery location.

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to track the progress of the delivery.

Occasional Delays: In external situations such as strikes, holidays or adverse weather conditions, the delivery time may change. If there is any delay, our team will be available to provide support and follow up on your order.

Exchange and return policy
At Unix, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we have established a clear and fair exchange and return policy. Check it out below:

Deadline for Exchange or Return: You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. In the case of international deliveries, the deadline is also 7 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Conditions for Exchange or Return: The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and with all accessories and labels intact. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect, you have up to 30 calendar days to make the request. Our team will evaluate the product and, if the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement for a new item or a full refund of the amount paid.

Exchange or Return Procedure: Contact our customer service team with your order number, full name, reason for the request and, if possible, images of the product (in case of defect). After analyzing the request, we will send you instructions for shipping the product.

Shipping Costs: In cases of exchange due to manufacturing defect or shipping error, Unix covers all shipping costs. For exchanges due to other reasons, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refund: The refund will be made after the product has been received and analyzed. The amount will be credited according to the payment method used in the original purchase and may vary depending on the term of the card operator or banking institution.
